PRIMEGUM JL4000 Series is a food grade carrageenan extracted from the red seaweed Rhodophyceae. The gel forms thermoreversible at sufficient concentration.

It provides perfect balance of rigidity and firmness along with elasticity and is suited for stabilization of dessert jellies and minimizes syneresis that provides stability at room temperature.
